Saluda River NAVHDA offers our members multiple fields and a deepwater three-acre pond at our primary Silverstreet training site. We have two additional nearby pond sites available for deepwater and duck search training for a change of scenario. The access to multiple fields on one site allows multiple groups of handlers to conduct training scenarios concurrently. We also have NAVHDA style training tables, steady barrels, multiple whoa posts scattered across the site. This allows handlers can keep their dogs engaged in training activities when waiting for a turn in the field or water. All training fields and the onsite pond offer shaded parking for your vehicle.

Our normal, year-round, monthly training dates are the first Saturday of each month for NA, UPT and UT training. exceptions are made for holiday weekends. The projected 2025 monthly training dates are:

January 4, February 8, March 1, April 5, May 3, June 7, July 12, August 2, September 6, October 4, November 1 and December 6.
